Happy 7 months, Lila! She sits up on her own now and is very close to crawling 😳. She’s definitely starting to make her presence known a bit more in this family and she’s still as smiley as can be. She loves carrots, playing peek-a-boo, taking her socks off and watching her sister. Unfortunately, she still hates sleep 😐, but she’s pretty cute so that helps 😉. We love this girl so much!

(Note: these are always late. She’s 7.5 months now, but I write these from the moment’s perspective 🙂)

I often have to choose between getting the moment or creating a perfect picture that doesn’t involve a messy background. My house never seems to be clean or free of clutter (#becausekids) so I always choose the moment as I know they are fleeting with little ones, especially because she was going up for her nap. When that rare fall/winter PNW sun comes streaming through the window, you just take the shot. So here you go… sweet little Lila, some pretty light and her sister’s forever-messy room.
