We started a tradition for Ellie’s birthday to go to the aquarium so we needed one for Lila. The zoo seemed fitting because it’s nicer weather in May and she loves animals. We went as a family and had a great little day. Lila really likes lions and dogs right now, though she seems to like the lions more in books. The lion wouldn’t turn around so I’m not sure she made the connection :). It was such a nice day which was such a treat!

Part two of the park series. I saved these cherry blossom pictures for their own posts. This was still one of the best random days in recent weeks. These two weren’t fighting, they were playing, laughing and having fun and we wore ourselves out. It was amazing. There’s always more pictures of Lila these days because she’s slightly more willing (easier… kind of haha). Ellie just runs away from me or turns the other way when the camera comes out.
