We spent the day decorating gingerbread houses and sugar cookies that we baked from the day before. Lila was sad that we couldn’t decorate the cookies on the same day (but it took all day just to bake them!) so I said the next day would be a decorating day and she was very excited for that :).

We spent most of the day making sugar cookies, which is their favorite to make during the holidays. Olivia caught Lila’s cold and was having a rough day and wanted to be held for most of her naps, but the big girls took it upon themselves to finish the rolling and cookie cutting while I helped Olivia. They became the cutest team and said they felt like they were on Disney’s Magic Bake-Off :).
