I took a lot of photos on Lila’s birthday 😬 so I split them all up. It was s nice day spent mostly outdoors so pictures seemed like a good idea. We spent the sunny afternoon in the yard playing and doing nothing special. It was a perfect day. Ellie ride her scooter (pictures from another post) and Lila explored.

We started a tradition for Ellie’s birthday to go to the aquarium so we needed one for Lila. The zoo seemed fitting because it’s nicer weather in May and she loves animals. We went as a family and had a great little day. Lila really likes lions and dogs right now, though she seems to like the lions more in books. The lion wouldn’t turn around so I’m not sure she made the connection :). It was such a nice day which was such a treat!
We got to see the visiting rhinos which was pretty cool
Ellie kicked rocks and then danced because she’s always dancing :).
