I decided to start a 365 photo project this year. It’s been a very long time since I did one so I thought I might challenge myself. I can’t guarantee I’ll not forget to take some (I’ve already forgotten two days in two weeks haha 😬), but I’ll do my best. I may sub a photo from another day every now and again just to keep it going. Here are 7 photos from the first week.

She was very excited that winter break ended just in time for her to be back in school for her birthday. If you know Ellie, you know she loves school. I say it every birthday, but I really can’t believe how big she is. 8 feels big to me. She’s also probably about a foot away from my height so soon enough she’ll be taller than me. She’s still our Ellie girl with her determination, love of learning and kind heart, but just with a bit more maturity. She can be so sweet and helpful around the house and almost never puts up a fight when I ask for her help. She’s a great leader and the best big sister. We love her so much! Happy Birthday, Ellie Belly 🙂
